Description

As the Research, Documentation & Presentation Lead, I will be responsible for preparing the project documentation, gathering supporting research, creating the final presentation, and assisting with an optional AI-based enhancement for the project.

Objectives

1. Research & Data Collection

• Collect statistics and information related to noise pollution in Hyderabad.
• Research WHO noise level guidelines.
• Gather information on the health impacts of excessive noise pollution.
• Identify existing solutions and their limitations.

2. Project Documentation

• Create and maintain the project README.md.
• Document project objectives, features, architecture, and workflow.
• Prepare installation and usage instructions.
• Document future enhancements and scalability options.

3. Presentation Preparation

• Design the final hackathon presentation (PPT).

• Create slides covering:

  • Problem Statement
  • Existing Challenges
  • Proposed Solution
  • System Architecture
  • Features
  • Demo Screenshots
  • Impact & Benefits
  • Future Scope

• Prepare the final demo script.

4. AI Prediction Feature (Optional)

• Explore implementation of a basic AI/ML model for noise level prediction.
• Research suitable datasets and prediction approaches.
• Integrate a simple prototype if time permits.

Acceptance Criteria

• Documentation is complete and up-to-date.
