In Statistics,select any project that you want to work.
goto : Applications,select the language to which you want to translate it.
there it shows the packages it have and right to every package it displayed columns.Those columns will gives us information about that package i.e,Translated Strings,Untranslated Strings,Total Strings.

There we have to download .pot extension files and save it in your directory with .po exetension.
Then in that file you may see msgid"" and msgstr"".
here our job is to translate the content in msgid into our need translating language.
Use lekhini,google input tools and google translator for conversion.
NOTE : Add telugu font to your browser.(Command : sudo apt-get install fonts-telu or sudo apt-get install fonts-indic)
After translating all Strings,at the top of your file fill your details.
After that check for syntax validation,
use "msgfmt --statistics --check-header /path/to/translated/files" command.
After checking mail it the cooradinator.
