ticket creation

parent 4f0821e7 the link ---> a new ticket if you want to post or check ticket status if it is already existed
3.for opening a new ticket we need to fill the below details shown as help topic regarding which domain
4.after selecting create a new ticket button will redirect to login if that user is already existed otherwise create a new account as a user.
6.after that fill ticket details like dept,agentname(as displayed in drop down menu)
7.create ticket (ticket number will be generated randomly)
8.after posting a ticket if we need to check the status of the ticket (click check ticket status by entering email address and ticket number otherwise login into your account and check the status)
