1.after registering a user email will be sent to particular users that email contains helpdeskipaddress and password reset link by using that link we can set reset our passwords
2.login form also contains forgot password option to reset
3.go to agent panel->users->user directory->select multiple users and then click more options in that select send password reset email

2.open a new ticket if you want to post or check ticket status if it is already existed
3.for opening a new ticket we need to fill the below details shown as help topic regarding which domain
4.after selecting create a new ticket button
5.it will redirect to login if that user is already existed otherwise create a new account as a user.
6.after that fill ticket details like dept,agentname(as displayed in drop down menu)
7.create ticket (ticket number will be generated randomly)
8.after posting a ticket if we need to check the status of the ticket (click check ticket status by entering email address and ticket number otherwise login into your account and check the status)
