Add English Language Support

Description

Currently, the application’s supported languages list does not include English, which limits usability for a broad set of users. This issue proposes adding English as a valid language option across the CLI and internal language handling logic.

Expected Outcome

• English is included in the supported languages list
• Users can select English Language
• Language handling remains consistent with existing implementations
