bug: Fix CI/CD pipeline config error

Fix the CI/CD pipeline config throwing error:

• This GitLab CI configuration is invalid: jobs sast config should implement the script:, run:, or trigger: keyword.
• Add knip.json to ignore capacitor.config.ts
• Using stable version of vite V5.4.0
• Add test knip fix script to package.json
