UI Fix: Align Volunteer Activity Navigation Component
Fixing the alignment issue in the Volunteer Activity Navigation component displayed on the Update Prescription page.
The step-tracking navigation (Registration → Doctor Assignment → Vitals Collection → Medicines Prescribed → Medicine Verification → Counseling Done) is currently not properly aligned. The layout and spacing of the progress indicators and connecting line appear inconsistent, affecting the overall visual balance of the UI.
