Verify Medicines Page – Issues

Issue 1: Replacement Fields Required

If status is Replaced, user must enter Replacement Medicine and Replacement Quantity. Saving should not work if these are empty.

Issue 2: Wrong Status After Save

After saving with Out of Stock or Outside, the page wrongly shows Replaced. It should show the selected status.

Issue 3: Remove "None" Status Option

The None option should not be available in status selection.

Issue 4: Enable Update Inventory Button

The Update Inventory button is disabled until all medicines are updated. It should always be clickable during verification.
