Multiple Doctor Assignment Bug and Search Input State Not Reset
*Issue: During the medical camp, we observed two workflow issues in the eHRS application.
Multiple Doctor Assignment Issue: The system allowed a patient to be assigned to multiple doctors simultaneously. As a result, the same patient appeared in multiple doctor queues, causing confusion, inconsistent tracking, and data accuracy issues during high patient volume.
Book Number Search Field Not Clearing: After prescription entry, the Book Number search field did not clear automatically. Volunteers had to manually delete it each time, slowing down the workflow and increasing the risk of entering data for the wrong patient.
*Expected Behavior:
A patient should have only one active doctor assignment at a time. If reassigned, the previous doctor should be replaced or marked inactive.
The Book Number search field should auto-clear after successful submission to ensure faster and smoother workflow.
