🧑
The Volunteer Dashboard is a core module of the Medical Camp Management System. It is designed for volunteers who assist in handling patient flow and supporting doctors during medical camps. This interface allows volunteers to efficiently manage patient registration, queue coordination, vitals recording, and post-consultation processes.
Volunteers log in using their registered credentials. Based on their role, they are granted access only to volunteer-specific features that help streamline camp operations.
Volunteers can register new patients by entering personal details, symptoms, and medical history. This creates a digital record for each patient and starts their consultation journey.
🩺 Assigning Doctors
Based on patient symptoms or illness category, volunteers assign the appropriate doctor. This ensures patients are directed to the correct specialist and distributed evenly across available doctors.
Before consultation, volunteers record basic health measurements such as temperature, blood pressure, pulse rate, and weight. These vitals help doctors make quicker and more accurate assessments.
Volunteers monitor and manage the patient queue. They track who is waiting, who is currently with a doctor, and ensure a smooth and organized consultation flow.
After consultation, volunteers help verify prescriptions and confirm that patients receive their prescribed medicines. This reduces errors and ensures proper follow-up.
Volunteers provide basic guidance to patients regarding medication usage, lifestyle advice, and follow-up steps as instructed by doctors.
The dashboard allows volunteers to monitor each patient’s progress — from registration to consultation, medicine distribution, and counseling completion.
The Volunteer Dashboard acts as the bridge between patients and doctors, ensuring that the medical camp workflow runs smoothly, efficiently, and without delays. It reduces manual paperwork and helps maintain accurate, real-time patient records.
