What did fix the issue was turning on the automatic time zone (my clock was off of 2 hours, should'nt result in certificate issues anyway), and force sync time.
I had the same issue the thing that fixed this problem was using the Webex removal tool to completely remove the application from my desktop and it worked fine, the error did not popup anymore.
