    For Drupal, the package we need to use is drupal/core-recommended ✅

    For actual steps of installing Drupal, I recommend using DDEV (only local) or https://github.com/wodby/docker4drupal (local and on production as well with some changes)

    Installing with composer.phar file does not appropriate. You have added install from Packagist and then this. It would be better to explain composer.json and basic composer usage, followed by repositories that are usually used.
