Projects I Worked On
SMS Spam Detection using GRU (Python, TensorFlow)
Built a deep learning model using GRU to classify SMS messages as spam or ham. Preprocessed and tokenized the text data, balanced the dataset using SMOTE, and trained the model to achieve 98.48% accuracy. Integrated live message prediction using TensorFlow and Keras.
Customer Churn Prediction using Machine Learning (Python, Scikit-learn)
Developed a customer churn prediction model using Logistic Regression, Decision Tree, and ensemble techniques like Bagging. By applying preprocessing, encoding, and normalization techniques, achieved 92.36% accuracy and visualized results using heatmaps and confusion matrix.
Sentiment Analysis using LSTM (Python, TensorFlow)
Developed a deep learning model with LSTM to analyze and classify text sentiment as positive or negative. Preprocessed and tokenized the input text data, embedded sequences using word embeddings, and trained the model using TensorFlow and Keras. Achieved high accuracy and integrated live sentiment prediction functionality for user-inputted text.
