Remove Dashboard Welcome Header Section from UI

Description

Summary

Remove the static Dashboard welcome header section displayed at the top of the page, including the title "Dashboard" and the subtitle "Welcome to Swecha Gonthuka ASR Space".

Current Behavior

  • A header banner is displayed at the top of the dashboard.

  • The banner contains:

    • Dashboard heading
    • Welcome to Swecha Gonthuka ASR Space subtitle

Expected Behavior

  • Remove the entire header/banner section from the UI.
  • The remaining page content should automatically adjust and utilize the available space.
  • Ensure there are no layout gaps, extra margins, or alignment issues after removal.

Acceptance Criteria

  • Dashboard title is no longer visible.
  • Welcome subtitle is no longer visible.
  • Header container/banner is removed from the page.
  • Layout remains responsive and visually consistent.
  • No unnecessary whitespace appears at the top after removal.
  • Existing functionality is unaffected.
