Initial commit: Add Lilova assistant files

This merge request includes the initial files for the Lilova AI Assistant project:

  • app.py: Streamlit interface for Hugging Face assistant
  • requirements.txt: Python dependencies
  • Lilova_Report.pdf: Final project report as per Swecha open-source AI assistant guidelines
  • README.md: Overview of the assistant and usage
