Sai Nitin IVN requested to merge telugu-keyboard into develop

Made an checkbox in proof reading for telugu keyboard. Added a checkbox for the hints called show hints which displays suggestions when typed. Suggestions are displayed on side of the textarea as to what letter points to which telugu letter.
