feat: Doc digitization with layout awareness

Description:

This MR is regarding the refactoring of the doc-digitization page (previously proof reading) with layout bounding boxes to highlight the segments in the page with layout bounding boxes and displaying the text as segments even within the page rather than complete page text.

note: Telugu typing now working right now
