Changes post testing

  • Edit patient button on Visits page - @shashikanth
  • Rename Visits button to "View appoinments" - @shashikanth
  • Change "Past Visits" to "List of attended medical camp IDs" - @shashikanth
  • Select list items in address - can be in the order of most used OR add top 10
