test: Unit tests for auth, patient, and medicine services with warnings, passed and failures

This merge request significantly improves the unit testing coverage and structure for the backend service and API layers.

• Added comprehensive unit tests for:
• Doctor Service

• Medicine Service
• Consultation Queue Service
• Patient Consultation Service
• User Service
• Auth & API Route layers
• Refactored existing tests to:
• Validate real business logic instead of force-passing scenarios
• Use proper database session handling via centralized conftest.py
• Follow clean pytest structure and fixture reuse
• Apply Pydantic schema validation correctly
• Test Structure Improvements
• Removed separate “failure-only” and “warning-only” test files
