update the medicine statistics in the analytics

Currently, the analytics backend does not provide complete medicine-related data. The analytics page needs detailed information about medicines to better track usage and stock status.

This issue aims to update the analytics backend API to return medicine-level statistics, including:

Medicine Name

Total Medicines Prescribed

Total Medicines Given/Dispensed
