feat: add the ointment,powder Types in the medicine details

Added support for ointment and powder dosage forms in the medicine details module. Updated the medicine schema to include the new types for better classification and data consistency. Ensured the changes are reflected in both backend validation and frontend display logic. This enhancement improves flexibility in managing different medicine formulations.
