📌 Purpose

Adds a Know Your Patient (KYP) pre-screening step to the EHRS medical camp workflow so volunteers can capture key patient context before doctor consultation.

🩺 What This Feature Does

  • Introduces KYP pre-assessment page
  • Enables patient search via Book Number
  • Auto-fetches existing patient details (when available)
  • Collects basic workplace and lifestyle information
  • Supports up to 20 questions
  • Allows NA for unknown responses
  • Makes KYP data visible to volunteers and doctors

  • Improves consultation readiness and intake efficiency during camps
