Changes Made:

Added a new "Volunteer Manual" button below the Login button.

Linked the button to the volunteer manual document/page.

Ensured the UI alignment matches the existing login design for consistency.

Verified that the button is responsive and functions correctly across screen sizes.

Purpose: This enhancement helps volunteers easily access important instructions without needing to search for the manual separately, improving overall user experience.
