What does this MR do and why?
This MR fixes the redirection issue after assigning a doctor in the Patient Registration workflow.
Previously, after assigning a doctor, the system did not redirect users to the correct step, interrupting the registration process. With this fix, users are now automatically redirected to the Enter Book Number step, allowing them to continue registration smoothly without manual navigation.
This improves workflow continuity and user experience.
