Changed the documentation format into .md

Madavarapu Sai Harshavardhan requested to merge Volunteer_user_manual into develop

The existing documentation was originally maintained in Word (.docx) format. To improve readability, version control compatibility, and ease of collaboration, the documentation has now been converted to Markdown (.md) format.

As part of this update:

  • The content structure was preserved while adapting it to Markdown syntax
  • Relevant images were added and properly referenced within the .md files
  • The documentation is now easier to review, update, and maintain within the repository
