The Camp Analytics Module provides real-time insights into the overall performance and workflow of the current medical camp. It helps administrators monitor patient flow, doctor workload, and medicine utilization in a structured and transparent manner.
The module tracks the following key statistics:
- Patient Flow Analytics
Number of Patients Registered – Total patients enrolled in the current camp.
Number of Patients Who Completed Vitals – Patients who have undergone vital checks.
Number of Patients Who Completed Consultation – Patients who have finished doctor consultation.
These metrics help identify bottlenecks in the camp workflow and ensure smooth patient progression from registration to consultation.
- Medicine Usage Analytics
The system tracks medicine consumption during the camp, including:
Total quantity of medicines prescribed
Total quantity distributed to patients
Total quantity replaced (if applicable)
Medicine-wise usage breakdown
This ensures proper inventory management, prevents shortages, and helps in planning stock requirements for future camps.
- Doctor Workload Analytics
The module evaluates doctor performance and workload by:
Tracking the number of patients consulted per doctor
Calculating the average patients handled by each doctor
