feat: Enhance ui in the drop down options

Description This MR delivers the UI update across the Codonix application. It introduces a more structured navigation flow for genomics programs, adds reusable detail-page layouts for dropdown destination.

What changed:

  • Introduced reusable detail page infrastructure for genomics program pages.
  • Added/updated dedicated pages for:
    • Predictive WES
    • Carrier Screening
    • Whole Genome Sequencing
    • 72-Gene Hereditary Oncology Panel
    • 500-Gene Cancer Profiling
    • Pharmacogenomics for Individuals
    • Pharmacogenomics for Companies
  • Refreshed navbar behavior and dropdown navigation structure.
  • Reworked homepage and hub-page presentation for a more polished blue-themed UI.
