feat: enhance ui in all the sub documentation pages

Summary This MR improves the Services navigation experience and cleans up the service detail pages for a more consistent, polished UI.

What Changed

  • Reworked the Services navbar dropdown from a wide multi-column mega menu into a stacked category layout.
  • Updated the dropdown so it first shows:
    • Wellness Genomics
    • Onco Genomics
    • Precision Medicine
  • Added right-side hover behavior so hovering a category reveals only its child options.
  • Cleaned up service detail accordion cards:
    • removed numeric/tag badges like 01 / CORE CONCEPT
    • reduced excess spacing around dividers
    • updated card styling to a more modern blue-tinted visual treatment
