fix: images in service section

Description:

Standardized the landing-page hero section height across Wellness Genomics, Onco Genomics, and Precision Medicine so the right-side program panel now extends uniformly to match the tallest layout.

Implementation:

  • Added a consistent desktop min-height for the genomics hub program panel.
  • Made compact two-card panels stretch their cards to fill the same vertical space as the taller three-card panel.
  • Kept tablet and mobile breakpoints on natural height so responsive layouts are unaffected.
