Goal of the Change

  • This merge request includes my dataset contribution for the Viswam Summer of AI project under the category: Food.

The goal is to:

  • Contribute real-world, high-quality Telugu data to the open-source dataset
  • Document traditional recipes, food preparation methods, and oral histories
  • Support the development of Telugu language models for cultural, agricultural, and health-related AI applications

The changes include:

  • Audio recordings of elders describing traditional recipes and food culture
  • Images of traditional cooking tools and dishes
  • Text entries of food-related stories and preparations
  • A complete metadata.csv file for reference and indexing
