chore: remove unused gitlab-wrapper blocking deployment

Summary

This MR removes the unused gitlab-wrapper directory from the repository.

Reason for Removal

• The directory is not in use anymore.
• It was acting as a blocker during deployment cause while deploying it thinking that it is an submodule.

• No critical files are affected.
• This change helps streamline the deployment process and avoids future confusion or conflicts.
