Add map view and final integration page

Implemented the Maps & Final Integration module for SpotIt.

Changes made:

• Added map_view.py page under pages folder
• Displayed civic/safety reports on a map
• Added sample location-based issue data
• Added filters by status and category
• Added report details using expanders
• Added final integration success message

This module helps users visually identify issue locations and supports final project integration.
