This Merge Request focuses on modernizing the "Our Roadmap" section and improving the onboarding documentation for the project.

• Vertical Timeline Redesign: Transformed the basic green roadmap into a premium, high-tech vertical timeline.
  • Themed Iconography: Added symbolic icons (Target, Zap, Rocket, Graduation Cap) to visually distinguish each strategic phase.
  • Visual Polish: Implemented a modern gradient vertical line and vibrant glowing tiles using a refined Blue/Indigo/Cyan palette.
  • Site-wide Consistency: Used the background blurs and bold typography standard from the About page to ensure a seamless design language.
