fix:verify-medicines-status-inventory

Problem solved in points:

1. Added mandatory validation for Replacement Medicine and Replacement Quantity when status is Replaced.
2. Fixed incorrect status display after saving (now shows Out of Stock/Outside correctly).
3. Enabled the Update Inventory button to be clickable during the verification process.
4. Removed the unnecessary None option from the status selection.
